On June 5, Ssangyong E&C signed the construction contract for the “Guseo District 1 Redevelopment Project”.

Sincheon-dong Mixed-use Building Development in Daegu

On February 25, Ssangyong E&C signed a construction contract for the Sincheon-dong Mixed-use Building Development Project in Daegu and officially recognized it as a secured order.

Contract Value: Approx. KRW 130 billion (excluding VAT, including fire protection works)

Duration: 48 months

Works: Three buildings, B5-34F, total floor area approx. 62,310 m²

IMMERSIVE TOWER by DIFC

Ssangyong E&C has secured the exclusive contract for the IMMERSIVE TOWER, a luxury office tower commissioned by DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre), a quasi-governmental entity in the UAE.

The award follows the successful completion of Atlantis The Royal in Dubai, with clients recognizing the company’s outstanding technical capabilities and strong reputation.
