Avenue Park Towers Project in Dubai
Ssangyong Engineering & Construction (Ssangyong E&C) has secured the contract for Dubai’s Avenue Park Towers, a USD 250 million project (KRW 370 billion) commissioned by WASL, a state-owned real estate developer in the UAE. The design will see construction of two luxury residential towers in a prime central development area of the city, approximately 10 minutes from its international airport.
Prior to its successful appointment for this project, Ssangyong E&C had delivered the Hyatt Centric Hotel and One Residence developments for the same client, in 2022, establishing a strong trust foundation that proved instrumental in winning this latest contract.

Banyan Tree Haeundae Major Renovation Project
On December 4, Ssangyong E&C signed contracts for the Banyan Tree Haeundae Major Renovation Project in Busan.
The company’s know-how in delivery of hotel and resort infrastructure, with remodeling of the Jangchung-dong Ambassador Hotel among its major achievements to date, as well as the Ananti Cove Busan development, was a key factor in securing this contract.

Ssangyong Engineering & Construction has won an order for "Alexandra Hospital," a hospital construction ordered by Singapore's Ministry of Health (MOH), by our company, JV (Shimizu, Japan) and Kimly, Singapore.
Ssangyong E&C has a history of constructing high-tech medical facilities with about 12,000 beds worldwide. In Singapore, following Tantox Saint Hospital in 1998, New K.K. Hospital in 1999, and WHC in 2024, Alexandra Hospital will be constructed.
