Ananti Cove’s column-free banquet hall uses 15 megatrusses and dampers, achieving grade 1 earthquake resistance against magnitude 6.5.
The 61° inclined, stepped-terrace houses were designed for uninterrupted ocean views. Temporary steel structures and buttresses supported the lower-level loads—ensuring both stability and elegance.
