Ssangyong Engineering & Construction (Ssangyong E&C) recently secured the contract for the Avenue Park Towers project, valued at an estimated USD 250 million (KRW 370 billion). The development was commissioned by Dubai state-owned real estate developer, WASL.

The project will see construction of two luxury residential towers of 43 and 37 stories, in a prime central Dubai development location, approximately 10 minutes from the international airport.

Prior to securing this project, in 2022 Ssangyong E&C successfully delivered the Hyatt Centric Hotel and One Residence for the same client, establishing a strong relationship and building trust. This proven capability was key to winning the latest contract which, furthermore, favorably positions the company for additional opportunities in the Dubai market this year.

Meanwhile, Ssangyong E&C has also successfully delivered 12 other landmark luxury construction projects in Dubai, including Atlantis The Royal Hotel.

In addition, since 2023, the company has been appointed to a series of new developments, such as the Immersive Tower, Kifaf Development, and Creek Waters. Also, as of January 2026, the firm is actively executing six Dubai projects, with combined contract values of approximately KRW 1.3 trillion.
