Ssangyong E&C Signs MOU with Kyiv Oblast, Ukraine

Ssangyong Engineering & Construction (E&C) held an MOU signing ceremony on November 17 during the 2025 Global Infrastructure Cooperation Conference (GICC), hosted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) and organized by the International Contractors Association of Korea (ICAK). The purpose of the MOU is to establish a cooperative framework for the reconstruction of Kyiv Oblast in Ukraine.


The ceremony was attended by Ssangyong E&C Vice President Ahn Jae-young, Global Sae-A Senior Managing Director Peter Lee, and Mr. Mykyta Gerashchenko, Head of the International Cooperation Department of Kyiv Oblast. The participants exchanged welcoming remarks as well as gifts to strengthen their ties.


This MOU with Kyiv Oblast, the largest local government in Ukraine, is expected to provide a strategic foothold for Ssangyong E&C’s future entry into the Ukrainian market
